No such thing as Chetti Pusam, go and ask those who are spreading this news. Investigate yourself by getting to the invitations printed in the previous years. My 2cents, don't take everything at face value as it's an indication of your naivety. Since politicians and 'atheists' are involved in this case, it's not surprising to hear 101 'facts' from them, but you've to show how smart you're. We Indians are not idiots to believe in anything correct?

Not just Tamils, all the temples are open to devotees including Chinese. Guess some are believing Chinese are Chettiars too :)
