This is to recieve support and funding for a new local disc golf course near Faribault, MN. Please share and offer help, with funding or sponsors. This park is located 10 miles west on Hwy 21 on Shields Lake and has its own campground. This 100 acre park is plentiful for two 18 hole course with dual tees, throughout rolling hills, grassland, and forest. A huge potential for an championship caliber course that will attract disc golfers all over southern Minnesota, Twin Cities, and neighboring states.

I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this idea. It was just a small thought for our community, but seeing this level of interest proves that you all care about this park just as much as I do.

Could be a great addition to this part of the state and boost tourist income for area merchants.
The idea of having a Deaf high school National Championship in the backyard of Minnesota school for the Deaf has this Alabamian interested!! Hope yall can make the dream become a reality.
I'm so glad a disc golf course of this caliber is being considered very near where I live! A competitive disc golfer for 14+ years, I can help out to make it happen! :)
If you build it, they will come! I would camp there probably 4 times a year if this gets built.
I live in owatonna mn and for league we have 40 people trying to play on nine holes all at once plus the recreational groups if there was another course closer to home that would be awesome!

It would be great to have another course this close to home. Wapacuta gets old after so many rounds and not everyone has a way, or time, to make it to other courses nearby.
