Kootenai has needed one for a long time. Time for a multi use motorized park instead of shutting all areas down like is happening.

I am in favor of this and start the acquisition process now. We pay fees with our registration stickers and it would be nice to see some of the money go back to support riding opportunities for all ages. It feels like our registration fees are only supporting someone's desk job and retirement fund without creating opportunities for the public to recreate.
