Support the Multi-Modal Study! (Oak Hill, TN BOC)

Nashville needs more pathways like this.

Love for this to happen we need more of this throughout Nashville.

This will be great for families! I know my children and I would use the greenway.

I think this will strengthen our city as a pastoral, residential, forward thinking place to live.

This study is worth a look. Metro has plans already for they space on Franklin pike and this Multi-Modal path is better than what may come.

Let's not fail to plan for what transportation should look like in the near future. I'm all for the study!

This study is an excellent use of resources to investigate the potential for pedestrian infrastructure. With the growth of this part of town, we must begin to evaluate alternative modes of transportation.

In addition to other reasons cited, the MMP might strengthen the residential-only status of Oak Hill. Franklin Rd might become less attractive to commercial developers if, say, a greenway was another obstacle in the way of a strip mall.

This is a perfect idea!

#Greenways build it and better communities will come.

Living in areas such as south Florida the revenue allocation for greenways is a proactive approach to both health and transportation

Don’t reject the MMP! We need safe travel alternatives to cars which are off the roads and connect to Nashville greenways and Brentwood and Radnor Lake.

I strongly support the multi-modal path. We have been awarded a $240,000 study grant and millions more for an MMP. This is a gift to Oak Hill that should not be rejected.

I cannot understand why our commissioners would turn down an opportunity for a study like this that could benefit our community.

I was a member of the Task Force that prepared the grant Oak Hill has been given. As a resident, who formerly lived in midtown Atlanta and saw first hand the community benefits coming from such a pathway, I felt it was important to make this effort.
