Marion FFA was such a big part of my daughters success in life. Please keep this program strong!!

FFA is a staple and one of the only programs that provide the youth with valuable life skills unlike any other curriculum provided at any public school system. My industry relays on Agriculture and those individuals interested in working in this industry. FFA gives the youth a look at possible career choices within the Agricultural industry. Minimizing this programs ability to operate would be a mistake in my professional opinion.

Marion FFA has played an essential role in developing leadership skills and personal responsibility in so many students and should continue to be the strong, amazing program that it has always been. There should not be limits to the number of trips that students or teachers can take for contests, and there definitely should not be any limiting of the number of ag classes made available to students.

I fully support Marion FFA. This program is a legacy in our district. Maybe it’s the administration that we need to be looking at making some changes in. Not the FFA program that is one of the most successful outcomes of Marion ISD.

No limits on ag teachers out of classroom time. Remove restrictions on over night travel.
