Support for the Happy Valley Bar & Grill
The Happy Valley Bar & Grill is not only a business but it is an important part of the Happy Valley community. The Happy Valley Bar & Grill has served customers with food and beverages since it opened in September 2010. It is a place where people come to eat, drink, watch sports and socialise. On 3 September 2013 the Liquor Licensing Board decided not to renew the Bar & Grill liquor licence.
I understand that under the terms of any liquor licence for the Bar & Grill, and in the interests of being considerate to residents in the area, patrons must be inside the premises by 11pm when they close the doors and that alcohol purchased from the Bar & Grill can only be consumed within their licenced area and not beyond that area.
One of the great advantages of Happy Valley is that it is a residential neighbourhood mixed with small cafes, restaurantsand bars which contributes to a positive community feel.
I want the Municipal Services Appeals Board to reinstate the Bar & Grill's liquor licence therefore I am signing this petition to show my support.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people care about this place. This momentum belongs entirely to the community and I am just happy to be a small part of it.

Happy Valley Bar & Grill is the only decent spot to watch the game round here. Bring it back.
The community would really miss this place. Dont shut it down.
Ridiculous decision. We need local spots like this to stay open. Hope they get it back soon!!
Total BS. If people cant follow the noise rules thats on them not the owners. let them keep the doors open.
This place is a staple in the valley. The board is being totally unreasonable taking away their license like this.

Ive been going here for years. Always friendly staff and great food. Leave them alone.
