Great initial idea. Reality is that sustainable, affordable, and ethical housing for lower income will need a lot of careful consideration and planning going forward.

Affordable housing is essential for those who have low income as well as those who have been impacted by personaland/or economic trauma. I hope some of the homes may be used for those in a rapid rehousing program.
