broxton is the perfect place for a pedestrian plaza. I can imagine people enjoying a coffee or dinner in the plaza before heading to a movie. It would complement the farmers market too. Maybe a fun game like bocce ball or a giant chessboard can add some fun.

Students and residents deserve more public open space in Westwood Village. Broxton is already closed for Farmers Markets with no issues. Making it permanent would create a "town square" for Westwood Village, enhancing social interaction, raising property values, and creating a shared space.
