Subject: The Rezoning Application submitted by Border Cities Land Corporation to rezone the property located at 2 Main Street, Bisbee Arizona, also known as the Copper Queen Plaza & Convention Center including the Gateway Parking Lot from a C-1 Zoning to a C-4 Zoning, to include an Offsite Parking Right.

This change in zoning with the Offsite Parking Right would allow for the development of a Convention Hotel on the subject property and would present an opportunity for Economic Revitalization for the City of Bisbee.
