A one time assessment to improve the amenities in Arrowcreek that currently lack function and have had no major improvements in over 20 years commensurate with improvements at the Club at ArrowCreek but benefits all residents is favorable.

We use resident's center frequently, and believe that updates would increase the values of all Arrowcreek properties.

In favor of bringing the resident center remodel up to standards. All of us who own in ArrowCreek also open the Resident Center. We need to protect our collective property value.

We definitely believe that an updated Residents' Center will benefit our community. We are regulars in the fitness center and enjoy social gatherings in the main room. We rented the common space for a big birthday party and the flow was perfect. Among other improvements, a sink in the little kitchen in the main room would be appreciated.

My husband Ed and I dropped our Club membership - we travel a lot so decided the significant cost increase was not a good choice for us. Sooooo, maintaining and improving the RC is very important to us!!

I fully support the proposed remodeling of the Resident's Center. The expanding needs of the residents and growing use of the Center clearly justify the minimal cost.

Definitely need more types of gym equipment. Some of the equipment is dated as well. Check out Plant Fitness for newer designs that are less stressful on older bodies. You need more equipment for stretching - see St. Mary’s Fitness Center. We

I agree that the current clubhouse is in need of remodel to bring it up to the level of standards that this community reflects in their own homes as well as the newly renovated golf club.

A resident’s center (or community center) in a HOA is probably second in importance, to the individual houses. It is the first building completed by the builder in new communities. It is the social gathering place for most communities. About half of Arrow Creeks residents are not members of the Club (I am) and a resident’s center is important to them and potential buyers. I use the Residents Center for an hour and a half, 4 days a week. When you compare our twenty-year-old facility to others in town, despite the recent cosmetic improvements, our center is crowded, the bathrooms are dingy, the carpet frayed and worn and its general appearance is “worn down”.

We either invest in improving our facilities or we decline. There is no staying the same. Let's invest!

It's a perfect time to renovate our Residents'Center so it user friendly and attractive. I support the Board's effort to make this improvement.

We need to continue to enhance all of our community amenities. I am proud of living in ArrowCreek.

We need a comprehensive project plan for replacing major building components including restrooms, air conditioning & heating system, ceiling replacement, and general reallocation of un-used space within the Residents' Center. We have a tired 25-year-old interior that needs significant repair and replacement that does not compete with other Community Centers and Residents Centers.

As President of the AC Wine Lovers we would take full advanage of using a new remodeled Resident Ctr. It would enhance the value of living in AC not only for AC social gatherings, but for AC residents to enjoy family gatherings, birthday parties, receptions, etc.
