NYC has kept the majority of the 'street' structures restaurants built which were necessary during Covid when outdoor and more 'distanced' dining was required...The Board needs to find an equitable solution; the many diners at Terra Sole who much enjoy dining in the 'outdoor' spaces, please maintain this very pleasant dining option !

It would be unethical for thezoning board to ask this business to tear down existing structures. Instead the board should work together with the owner to meet building laws and remedy the situation. You are not in the business of closing small businesses down!

This restaurant is an important part of Ridgefield. This issue needs to be resolved in a professional and mature manner. Outside dining is an integral part of Ridgefield Restaurants and needs to be maintained.

I think there are intelligent people on the board of Planning and Zoning who know what is good for Ridgefield. Hopefully they’ll have the capability of working with Pietro to rectify the situation. Let’s Hope, as restaurant is a feature of good, creative and very fresh food in town.

TerraSole has been an important part of the community as a business that contributes to Ridgefield’s tax base, both directly and indirectly. Creating this hardship on a strong member of the community doesn’t seem like strong civic leadership. They should be finding a solution that helps both.
