I am a neighbor of Allison's, in the same culdesac, and work from home. Not once has her swim instruction distrupted my day or work environment. I believe that children should learn life saving swim skills and Allison is doing an amazing job!

I will be attending the community forums, also. This is an incredible service to children and their parents. 100s of children have learned lifesaving skills over the last 4 years. I have seen the difference in the skills of children who have taken Coach Allison's class compared to other children.

Please consider amending this ordinance. Hundreds of children die each year because they do not know how to swim. Allison’s home based business is not loud and disruptive to her neighbors and most importantly saves lives.

Allison is teaching area children swimming and survival. Her teaching could prevent a devastating drowning. Her business has no negative impact on this neighborhood and her teaching this survival skill is most definitely a positive attribute for our children.
