Please support our choice to study with a non-university higher education provider. We would greatly benefit from access to the government financial support our peers are receiving.

The degree we receive is of equal value to its equivalent at a public university. But we are penalised for this choice.

There is currently an inequality between Private Institutions and Universities. Please consider students who have chosen to study at private institutions who, upon graduating, will positively contribute to Australian society.

My career aspirations require me to study at a private institution. I should not be punished by having to pay full fees plus 25 percent extra on HECS. This is am major problem for lots of people my age. Please change this. Thank you

The debate over funding tertiary education is not a real debate as the concerns of private tertiary providers is not heard and the medias only concern is scare mongering about deregulation!

This needs to be passed. It is not fair to those of us who choose a private place of higher ed for things that are not offered at public uni's

A competitive market certainly has its place, however, equity must especially, find its voice in the arena of education. Specifically, that students can be empowered to become better citizens and skilled in their vocational identity.
