We have a choice to choose which institution we want to study. We have rights.

Absolutely rediculous, we still have to pay the money back, so because i attend a private university instead of a public university i cannot afford my tuition anymore and am going to have to forefit my degree if this goes threw........

Equality and choice isn't a privilege in this country! Why should people without the right resources be denied the opportunity to decide their future?!

It's so stupid and unfair that we students are punished by the government just because of the type of university we choose to study at.

Education should be EQUAL for all. It SHOULD be our basic right.

I find this unfair as I had no choice but to choose a private uni. There is no equivalent to my course in a public UNI, and I should be allowed to choose what is best for my education without being penalized

why penalise us for trying to get a registered degree from a provider that we can access and have the flexibility to meet the needs of our course. Equality and Equal Education opportunities should be a proud standpoint of being an australian

This is unfair that we have to be financially at a disadvantage just because of where we choose to study.

We need to have the same rules across all higher education. It is a question of fairness.

Just because I chose to study a global recognized Degree, that was unavailable at other non private institutes, does not mean I should suffer a financial penalty, especial when my chosen industry already suffers from a lack of government assistance in this country!

I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay more to study just because my course, which is internationally recognised, is not available at other, public institutions.
