Please endorse and approve the wonderful St Ann’s affordable housing project - this will be a most welcome asset to the Wayland Community, and as a Shaw Drive property owner I will be delighted to see this enhancement to housing diversity in our neighborhood.
Please do Not endorse or approve the proposed former Wholefoods plaza development - which is poorly designed and exceeds the carrying capacity of this location for flood risk and wastewater management concerns.
