I am entirely in favor of the St Ann's Village project. I know there are some fine details to work out, but they do not have to be resolved before filing THIS project with the Commonwealth. Holding this friendly, town supported project approval up over minor things like landscaping and color schemes in ZBA meetings and hearings is not productive if the town wants to meet state goals for the town while avoiding unfriendly, oversized and less desirable, less appropriate projects to preempt this fine endeavor. TAKE ACTION NOW!

This is an excellent project that will provide truly affordable housing. Wayland has a very long history of helping others in the Town, so I urge the ZBA to approve this project. Thank you.

I assume you will put solar panels on those roofs and use geothermal heating!

Please support the St Ann's project. It offers the best solution to Wayland's 40B situation and offers AFFORDABLE housing.
