I love Sandbridge Beach , a beautiful beach resort for families that vacation or celebrate anniversaries ... I own an oceanfront home and sold 3 investment properties in Sandbridge Beach . Without event homes in Sandbridge Beach it would be without business to the Sandbridge area ! The rules for Sandbridge community has been used and work well ! Should be keep the same.

Weddings at Sandbridge Beach are a cherished event, well controlled and monitored, and abide by all regulations. The real estate managers are very responsible - do not change the rules for a small minority.

I own 2 event homes and all of my events are weddings. In all cases, there has not been noise or parking issues associated with my events or any other event houses in Sandbridge as confirmed by the police department in 2016

The event sized homes are an important component of the local business base as they help deliver memorable weddings, anniversaries, retirement celebrations and corporate functions in an idyllic setting. I support them.

My son and daughter-in-law were married in Sandbridge and traveling family were able to stay in the rental home to attend the wedding ceremony, but also to visit with each other for a few days. It was a memorable occasion, with most attendees departing within a few hours time. The problem is not with Weddings, Anniversaries and 90th Birthdays. The problem is the select few embittered residents who can't bear to see other people celebrating life's special moments.
