Support Sandbridge special events and event homes

My daughter got married on the beach in Sandbridge last year. It was a beautiful, small wedding. It would be terrible if others could not have their dream of a beach wedding. Please do not let that happen.

I am totally with Grace. Our nine old daughter was delighted to see a wedding on the beach from our balcony when we stayed in Sandbridge last fall. It was beautiful. There were no disruptive large crowds. What part of this is objectionable to the trivial minority? Dear Petitioners, please have a heart, do not obsess, live and let live.

I love Sandbridge homes and beach, I've truly enjoyed vacationing there every year. It is a blessing to see couples marriage, and families enjoying being together. Life is too short, to complain about insignificant things, when we should be enjoying the beauty of nature, and joy of happiness with all people and generations to come.

One of the reasons for coming to Sandbridge is the distinct family atmosphere. When celebrating family, we do that through weddings, anniversarys, birthdays etc!

I am sure the home owners were once vacationers that celebrated events too.

As someone that has visited Sandbridge many many times, I do not agree with the small group looking to eliminate these special events. Our 1st visit was in the early 90's and it was with almost 20 family members. All we did was have a good time and stimulate the local economy. Sandbridge is a special place that is what it is because it is a destination community. The small group there will NOT be happy seeing vacated residences and diminished values if this destination ability goes away!

We have stayed several times and have considered holding a wedding there.

Sandbridge has always been a quiet resort destination for our family. We recently celebrated my grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in a beautiful home and enjoyed our time together. We always come back because they can accommodate our large family.

My family loves seeing the weddings take place when we are visiting Sandbridge each year...they are wonderful blessings. Do NOT let this small group dictate their negative thoughts and ruin life long happiness that takes place there.

Our family has been celebrating time together in Sandbridge since 2001. We believe it's a great place to celebrate all types of family events and we look forward to spending many more years here

Hello, I have had the pleasure of hosting my family reunion gathering in the 10 Bedroom Mansion in Virginia Beach and it was one of the most memorable experiences my family ever had. It is a beautiful facility and the owner & Sandbridge agency was quite hospitable. We plan on returning in hopes that this Mansion is again available for memorable moments again. Thank you. Sandbridge is a great community for making family memories.

I am having my wedding there in october and its small we are a great group of people traveling from all over united states to join as one family . How can this be considered a bad thing united with love!

We've had two family reunions in Sandbridge and have had a great time both times we've been there.

Our ministry would like to keep Sandbridge reality open for events like weddings and church group. We enjoyed the beauty, atmosphere, and close convince of the property we had our women's fellowship in 2015.

Please don't shut us out. Sandbridge has been an annual event for my sisters and myself to get breather from life's daily pressures...time that we relax and get rejuvenated. Currently planning our 20th year anniversary to be spent at a Sandbridge home with our closest family and friends.

My husband and I had an amazing wedding here! I wouldn't change it for the world!
