This is a serious problem on Green Harbor beach as well. The beach has disappeared/been scooped out over the years since the jetties at harbor's mouth were extended by the army corps of engineers. Surely the town must address such an imperiled natural resource and quality of life issue - one of the very reasons so many residents choose to make Marshfield their home.

I was blessed to grow up in Ocean Bluff in the 70s, 80s & 90s...best hidden secret in Marshfield! The entire neighborhood is now is jeopardy in terms of underground infrastructure and land erosion, there is zero beach left between the fire house opening and Foster Ave. It is well past time for this area of Marshfield for get the attention and resources it needs to be restored to the beautiful stretch of beach it once was.
