It's simply ridiculous that we must continue to show up, sign and voice support for this project which was already APPROVED! Elected officials meet offline and in private meetings with groups against the widening and somehow that equates to the majority of stakeholders??? STOP IT! There is no reason we need to keep going through this. Be transparent and do the work which was approved. Much could have been done by now but instead we're starting over? STIOP IT!!!!

I support 4 laning as far north as possible.
I support medians wherever possible and wide center gaps/turn lanes everywhere else.
I support the western bypass. The Western Bypass negatively impacts the LEAST amount of PEOPLE. We 100% care about saving the vernal pools and fairy shrimp; but the Everglades are wetlands, and they manage to have plenty of roads. We need a design that protects the MAJORITY of the wetland area, but allows for a western bypass. The JK Blackwood area is actually quite a large area, and the vernal pools are NOT where the bypass would go according to the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy’s own website. The image below depicts vernal pool locations and where the bypass would actually go…. It is possible to have a Western Bypass and NOT disrupt the Vernal pools and NOT destroy human lives.
