We are humbly writing on behalf of Gregory Bartholomew,whom was sentenced to life in prison for 3 robberies that did not consist of any violence or physical harm...given the three strike law and life in prison.His crime he has admitted to as well as the disease of addiction to drugs and alcohol.Sentenced in 1998 with no possible chance of re-entry to society,and no record.He remains in prison in NJ with no argument that he deserves time for his shortcomings but alternative, restorative,and reactive sentencing as well as help was not exhausted.Gregory has never received help for his disease of addiction,which held him back from mentally and emotionally maturing into a productive, functional human being.He is now the age of 56 and has submitted a commute of sentence to Governor Phil Murphy.His friend,Mrs.Michelle Susan Malloy and I,the administrator of this group humbly ask for your signature.Thank You,God bless,and please share.
