The board approved the zoning change and we can finally move forward with the land. My spirit is worn thin from the struggle but the relief is overwhelming. We have a lot of work ahead of us to build this place right.

Beautiful Restoration (BR) came into being in 2016 through the simple act of caring for one broken woman who desperately wanted a new life in Christ and recognized that she couldn't do it on her own. Faithfully committing to a healing relationship with Kaylene and Lisa, this woman began to blossom and come into her own as a compassionate advocate for other broken and hurting women. What started out as a small group from one local church has grown into a ministry of women--and men--who are being healed and offering help and hope to others.
In 2018, BR had outgrown Kaylene's home and God made it possible for BR to purchase an unkept, over-grown 16.5 acre tract of land with two abandoned homes, all of which were to be bull-dozed and made into 38 new homes. Plans to keep the two homes and transform the entire property into a serene place of healing--including a prayer garden, a place for a chapel, and a larger building to accommodate our growing Thursday night ministry--have been met with organized opposition.

The impact that Beautiful Restoration has made on my life and my family's life is nothing short of a miracle. I cant imagine where we would be at without BR in our life! I am in full support of this location. Thank you for your consideration regarding the rezoning for Beautiful Restoration.
Rezoning this land as a PUD would be a win for the community already consumed with hundreds of houses on small tracts. Development of this land will benefit those in need of a reprieve from dat-to-day life. Lastly, the financial benefit of a few developers out weighs the needs of many.
I wholeheartedly support the mission behind Beautiful Restoration and would love to see the zoning change so they can continue their plans. I live less than one mile from there and I see NO reason they shouldn't be granted this request!

I have seen this group impact and love so many hurting women. I am building a home in the neighborhood next to Beautiful Restoration and wouldn’t be doing that if I felt it would negatively affect us.
