It's funny how everyone is so concerned about the arbitrary laws of man. One day cannabis is illegal, the next it is decriminalized, and eventually legalized. One day the neon signs of ONE marginalized business are artfully allowed, and the very next they are torn down and trashed as offensive wreckage. Speeding limits are FULL of the whims of man to coerce his neighbor under the thumb of Control. Reality is not imbued with arbitrary government, so neither should we be. If only more people were aware of VERY legal VERY powerful hallucinogens such as Jimson Weed or even Nutmeg, people would soon realize that no natural substance should or ever could be "illegalized" or outlawed. Nature surrounds us with drugs such as caffeine, cocaine, opium, etc. It is man's folly to abuse these substances and take them out of their natural state chemically contorting them into isolated concentrates of adulterated natural medicinal compounds. REAL Aspirin is salicylates found in white willow tree bark infused into a brewed tea. Corporately corrupt BAYER takes FREE medicinal compounds from trees, adulterates them up in a lab, and sells this to you at 600% increased cost of $6 a bottle. Amazing that PEOPLE do this to other PEOPLE.....spread the free word that food, medicine, clothes, and everything is as FREE as the air we ALL breathe (since all this stuff comes from plants...which give us each breath we take).

I see no reason to disable these lights. Perhaps a smaller version would be more appropriate but its their building if it violates no codes then why harass them.

It's not just the Planet K sign that MUST be defended; it's the liberty to choose non-pharmaceutical herbs and openly advocate for marijuana legalization that MUST be defended!! A politician should never be allowed to use his voice to silence things just because s/he doesn't like them! Viva Planet K!!!!!!

Keep the sings! It provides a certain ambiance or atmosphere to the location, and, like others have said, it allows the business to advertise in a way that is most convenient to the customer.

Sign is noticeable at night, by taking it away you are ruining the right of the business to openly advertise it's stores in a convenient and noticeable manner.
