I’m so happy the Mobleys are preserving the integrity of the Pink House and garden. I used to wander the gardens when I was a student at Edgewood a million years ago. A true Homewood gem will be saved! ❤️

I’m excited and pleased with what the Mobley’s have proposed. I support their plans and the variances they are requesting.

As a developer, I know what the Mobley's are proposing makes zero financial sense for themselves. Most if not all buyers of this property (besides the Mobley's) would have subdivided the property into multiple lots and torn down the historic Pink House and gardens in order to build more homes and produce a sizeable profit. The Mobley's are pushing financial personal gain to the side in order to maintain the property's historic value and mystique for the community while also providing a place for their family to call home for years to come. As a Homewood resident, I fully support the Mobley's pursuit in maintaining the historical value of the Pink House property as well their proposed improvements to accommodated their family.

Thank you for saving this beloved structure and preserving all the trees you can! We support your efforts wholeheartedly.
