Montoya has done an exemplary job as police chief! If he done something that was out of line, there should have been disciplinary actions taken, NOT outright firing him. Somebody's ego needs to be addressed!!

Paul is this communities #1 fan and our children's #1 fan. Hallsville voters have got to get out to vote in the mayoral and council races...it matters!

I lived in Hallsville, Texas for several years, my daughter graduated from there and lives there still, I do not. I have followed the Chiefs facebook and for once I thought that Hallsville was moving in the right direction, to no surprise I was wrong. The select few will always rule Hicksville, they always have and always will. The fiasco that happened in the Spring of this year was no surprise either, the select few, as always.

Paul Montoya is an outstanding police chief, an inspiring Christian and an overall bonus to our community. The unjustified removal of him is outrageous. It's obvious our community is against this decision and that should be the deciding factor!!! It should not be decided by a bunch of biased elected officials with a hidden agenda. #reinstatemontoya #wearehallsville

He is such a awesome person. He loves what he does and our community needs him to stay as our police chief. He has already done so much for our community. I was saddened to see this whole thing about what happened and the HISD , city council and mayor should be ashamed of themselves for trying to ruin Montoya's career as Hallsville police chief. I really hope he stays. I will remain on Montoya's side. Thank you for all you do Montoya and a big THANKS for protecting our kids and community.

I have know Paul for many years before he became a Police Chief he has done may things for my girls and I have never had and problems. I have see over the past few years the way our community has come together for so may thing and he has been behind all of them.
