The undersigned hereby declare their support of the individual and parental right of Stacy Lee Wheeler, mother of Justin Wheeler, to decide what is best for her child regarding education and academic assessments.
North Forsyth Middle School, a public school in Cumming, Georgia, has forced Justin, a special needs student, to take standardized tests twice against the direct and repeated instructions of his mother.
