We can't let The Queens be taken from us again. About time the rule makers realise how much is at stake for everybody.

If a completely new bar opposite the Hairy Dog can benefit, then give the new owners a chance otherwise we will have another huge charity shop that contributes nothing to the town..

It would be so sad for our visitors to once again be greeted with a boarded up iconic building on what should be a thriving seafront complementing our sandy beach, especially so close to the empty and lifeless old visitor centre. We need visitors first impressions of our town to be positive, not dead and lacklustre

This venue deserves all the support it can get. It could be a great asset to the town and local community. Let's not allow unfair restrictions strangle it's development.

Great building I a ually loved the mambo days and it was a shame the movie Ban came in. To be honest unless it's loud and in fashion music new owners won't stand much chance. As that's when mambo was at its best but clearly people didn't like it so I'm not sure exactly how you'll get past it. And make a go of things when so many will remain against the idea. Best of luck tho I'd like to see the doors remain open.

It seems that anything good or positive in this town the council want to trample all over!!

It needs lifting or it will never survive

Perhaps the next door neighbour had something to do with the late night restrictions?

I think we all know how corrupt the local council is in our town... Aqua splash for example.. What seaside town do you know that doesn't have a proper good pub along the front of it? Why should Minehead be any different??

Minehead Council has always stood in the way of Minehead progressing I don't see it changing any time soon. Good luck though.

This is an amazing venue for the younger people, I have since moved away from Minehead to a place that isn't much bigger yet has much more nightlife and the people that live here can't believe the only club that Minehead has is a lloyds bar in wether spoons. This needs to change and these harsh restrictions need to be lifted on the queens hall.

At last we got a really nice venue and now restrictions appear, the council should be supporting them not putting hurdles in the way
