Amazing venue. They used to have live music in the basement area to combat possible noise pollution. My dream is to have them hold daytime live music upstairs.
(The cinema seating on the first floor is my personal favourite feature.)

Great venue!Good to see something to brighten up seafront!People forget this is Butlinsland!Under the criteria no children on Butlins adult weekends,how about a beach ban too!!!!

I think Queens Hall deserves another chance. What a waste of a fantastic venue - the only one on Minehead seafront. We should support them.

The Town Council is not corrupt and I for one am sick of the accusations sent our way. The District Council deals with licences, and there is no consultation with the Town Council.

Unbelievable that end of town needs something to liven it up and help the traders. Is it Minehead Town Council or the District that are putting on restrictions ?

I fully support the appropriate restrictions on this venue but it should not be punished for its previous ownership or local to Butlins. It's a great venue and building and should be given all the help it needs to prosper. Relax the restriction and impose as required rather than doom the venue to failure from the outset
