As housing costs continue to rise and private developers are asking for $1,975 for a studio in Logan Square (source: https://chicago.curbed.com/2019/2/13/18223512/logan-square-apartments-mega-mall-development), more affordable housing is needed. We need more projects like Emmett Street Project to fill the affordable housing gap in Logan Square.
