I live on a steep hill with steep steps as a frontage. I have nowhere to store a large wheelie bin. This is unworkable and I object to the changes being forced up on us

We are opposed to the new bin collection plans

Assessments say they’ve identified space on my property for all of these. There is nothing but a path to my front door. Ridiculous

Please keep our streets clean and clear, we don't want a fortnightly collection!

Wheelie bins are big smell aweful after 2weeks, The bin lorries will take more than twice as long to clear each street as they must lift every bin. It's madness.

The proposed new system is outrageous. We do not have space for yet more bins. The mess and smell that our streets will br in. This must be reverseved before the council wastes any more money on new bins or lorries.

I think that collection of waste on a fortnightly basis is unhygenic in such a highly congested Borough. Also, with the number of terraced houses in Wimbledon in particular, where are the bins to be stored. This has not been thought through correctly. Quel supris!!

Let's put a final stop to this constant Labour cock ups. Just look at the state of parks, cemeteries etc. When are we going to see the results of these so called savings ?

What I am most concerned with is where am I supposed to keep these ugly bins and like Kingston they are mainly on show in the front of the property

It's the compulsory wheelie bins that I worry about most. We, simply, have nowhere to put them.

Please save our weekly bin collection. We have such limited space as we share with three other properties and live set back from the road. The collectors will not come through the gate by the road to collect our bins anymore and cars have to get in and out of the gated entrance. Very challenging for space, hard to move and a terrible eye-sore (smelly) and health hazard. It also means that many people will not take pride in the appearance of the front of their houses, a great shame for Wimbledon. It will mean bins will litter the pavement permanently and make it difficult for the public to walk safely on our pavements.

To Merton Council. If it's not too late please reverse your planned changes to refuse collections. I for one of many request a weekly collection. The borough will desecrated with ugly plastic bins adorning the roads and pavements. People who are at work all day, or even away for work will not be able to retrieve these ugly bins from outside their properties. Even now, in my road food boxes and plastic containers remain outside properties all week. So, what it will look like after the intended changes does bear considering Neil Keith.

Bins would be unsightly and make the area look untidy and run down. Most people have nowhere to store them so they will be left on pavements or front gardens.

A Council who is so backward thinking. Leave our rubbish collection alone and stop lining the pockets of the out sourced company with our money. Recruit sensible people who can bring fresh, modern policies for the borough and stop thinking like some labour councillors did back in the 1970s. Get to know your residents.

Bins will be heavy and difficult for me to manage.
