Since the inception of Bangladesh, it’s defense body has prepared itself to recruit female personals in 2000. Among the 31 millitary bases, the communal capital, Dhaka, houses its Naval, Air Force, and Army’s headquarters at Dhaka Cantonment. Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt. Anwar Girls’ is still the only all female K-12 level academic institution at Dhaka base. If the highest quality female defense recruits are expected from anywhere in this land mass of 57320 sqmiles, the best possibility would be the campuses here. With approximately 20% of the female soldiers in non-medical branches in the combined defense forces, there needs to be a few supporting units on this academic campus to better prepare the budding ladies to serve Bangladeshi borders on a proper scale.

Goals:

-Develop consistency in providing education in 1206.

-Reduce loss in tax-invested programs.

-Raise and prepare students to consider joining Bangladesh Armed Forces as world-class soldiers.

Solution:

a) Tutoring Center: A few of the best performing students of each sections is proposed to be paid a small compensation to tutor their class members at the tutoring center. It could help the tutors practice the material while helping their fellow class mates coach on their study skills and develope a healthy commoradery early on.

b) Counseling: A set of professional psychologists are proposed to be available on campus during academic hours making sure of the students' healthy emotional being to maintain good academic performances.

c) SAT Prep Center: http://www.march2success.com Students interested in foreign exchange/Undergraduate programs at International locations would find support to prepare for SAT tests.

d) Career Center: A one stop shop to find students’ interest in different Branches and Corps of Bangladesh Military to consider joining the forces.
