Officer Rowland is currently the Hancock Place Middle and High School resource officer, and has held that position for 15 years. Unfortunately, his position will be revoked for reasons unknown as of May 30th, 2015. Officer Rowland has made it clear that he would like to keep his position, however he is currently still being revoked.
Officer Rowland is a very professional, caring, and kindhearted man, and showing support for a man such as him would mean the world to him, I'm sure of it. Officer Rowland has shown the students of Hancock Place support when needed, and protection when necessary.
By signing this petition, you support those who support us. You are protecting those who protect us.
Officer Rowland has dedicated much of his career to the Hancock Place School District, and it would a shame to see him leave. Thank you Officer Rowland, for everything you have done.
