Listen to the people that have lived in the area for a long time and have a vested interest in living there.

1.6 on 3rd and 1.4 below will provide the best outcome for the neighbourhood's future desirability

The possibility of an integrated community development seems to outweigh any concerns regarding increased density.

I live at 48 St Patricks Ave, and support a density maximum of 1.6 FSR in our area of Moodyville. It is my opinion that the proposed 1.25 FSR is insufficient for the future planning of this unique neighbourhood.
