I write this letter in affrmative support of Roberto E Pulido's petition for Clemency and early realease from Federal prison. A recent report from pro-publica written by Dafina Linzer reavealed some possible misconducts in the office of the Pardon Attorney at the U.S Department of Justice with regards to applicant for sentence commutations. Roberto , a father of six and grandfather of four, a veteran Boston Police Officer with a ublemished sixteen year career in law enforcement was convitted in 2007 as a first time non-vilonet drug offender which , was an FBI undercover operation created and executed by the FBI and there criminal informant .Roberto E. Pulido pled guilty on misadvised of his consel and was sentenced to twenty-six years in Federal prison. It is my firm belief under these cicumstances of his particular and unusual case , that a prison sentence of twenty-six years is extremely excessive, unfair and just wrong. With this in mind, i write this petion so people can support our petion and sign it. Mr. Roberto E. Pulido intends to make great contributions to the society from his experiences. The immediate benefit to his family, himself, and the community resulting from early release is un-measureable. Its in my sincere hopes and prayer that Roberto E. Pulido will be granted a sentence commutationand early realizes from prison.
