I, the undersigned, in my capacity as a member of the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, and/or a resident of the Baldwin Community, do hereby indicate my support for the mixed-use project proposed by Breslin Realty Development Corporation, specifically, a 5-6 story, 200+ unit multi-family mixed use project with the ground floor retail/service business and residential uses above.

This project would improve Baldwin and be a great improvement over the parking lot that is currently in that space.
This has the potential to increase property values in Baldwin. Rentals like this space will attract young professionals with expendable income to support local Baldwin business.
Baldwin needs development to improve the tax base and hopefully generate new businesses and revitalize existing businesses.
This property is disgraceful! To allow it to remain this way will make it difficult to promote our community. The development of this land is essential to the future of Baldwin.
As the owner of a family run business that’s been in Baldwin for 40 years, I believe that this project is the right direction for our community, our schools and our businesses.
we pay high taxes and are foeced to go elsewhere for good bc there is nothing here

Baldwin community deserves a downtown they can shop /eat and entertain with pride Its an amazing place to live and work
