The first time I met the cheif he was not in uniform and when I learned who is was after about 20 minutes of us chatting I was honestly shocked. He was the most down to earth policeman I have every had the pleasure of meeting! And I have known a lot over the years. How and why people find issues with this is just ridiculous.

When I was a Constable I worked with Brian Horner. He was the Chief Detective for Northern Berks Police Department. Of all the Law Enforcement Officers I worked with as a Constable, there are very few (if any) that were as professional, ethical, moral, and honest as him. Those virtues weren't only while wearing the badge they were/are who he is.
WAKE UP!!!
THIS IS WHAT'S WRONG WITH OUR WORLD TODAY!
Instead of removing an outstanding Police Officer and credit to humanity, we should be commending his GREAT achievements!
