An agreement appears to be in place about the sound. The neighbors should welcome this restaurant as a convenient place for their patrons to visit during their stay.

This new restaurant will bring a new cultural taste to the City of Duarte and add significant value to the locality. The owners are well established restaurantuers who have the experience in operating a respectable operation. There is no reason that they should be delayed due to a disgruntled neighbor who can not articulate a legitimate reason behind its objection.
