This store would be a great addition to the area. I do not currently shop at local liquor stores because of the low-quality selection.

Bushwiick is tired of the ghetto liquor stores with bulletproof glass and awful selection!

Seems to me that your success or failure in this legal business endeavor should be left to you. Good luck!

The neighborhood certainly seems ripe for a boutique wine/liquor shop without bulletproof glass, and I think the state board should not be making business decisions for those entrepreneurs willing to accept the risk.

I believe this would benefit the neighborhood.

I think this would be a great addition to the new up and coming Bushwiick! This is how great neighborhoods start by having pioneers willing to take a chance and putting in an effort to make their neighborhood a great place!

I think the neighborhood would benefit from an upscale affordable liquor store.

Requiring bullet proof glass insures that stores will never help build up a neighborhood and a community.

Insisting on bullet proof glass in neighborhood businesses only reinforces the outdated notion that a place is not safe. That is not good for the psyche of the residents, and it isn't good for the growth of the neighborhood.
