Definately need this and I think there should be paid leave for fathers as well when both parents are needed.

I'm done having children but I would love to see this happen for all other women and children. Our Children deserve it!

The leave act should also extend the number of weeks. 12 weeks is not enough time for new mothers with babies. Support our families by allowing mothers to care for their babies instead of forcing them back to work too soon.

We are one of two countries that don't take care of new mothers. This is a shame.

It's about time. We are the only first world country that doesn't give some paid leave for new moms.
