On April 19th, 2018 I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. At that time the doctor told me my heart function was at 30%, my left ventricle was no longer working, and he gave me 6 months to live.
Currently, my daughter Macie is living with my parents in Oklahoma. When I was last admitted into the hospital May 11th we weren't sure how much time I had left. Because of this my daughter and I desperately requested to see each other and my mother made the difficult decision to bring my daughter across state lines to fulfill that request. Bryan County DA and DHS have threatened to remove Macie from their care and move her into foster care because of the choice my mother made, on behalf of my daughter & I.
I have had multiple surgeries since my initial diagnosis including the removal if several blood clots, and my heart funtion is now at 10%. I am asking you to please sign this petition to allow my daughter to spend more time with me during this time of uncertainty. Her father passed 5 years ago, I am all she has left. Macie & I want to be able to spend as much time together as possible, while there is still time.

The increased visibility of this petition has prompted a response from local legal advocacy groups. I am currently coordinating a meeting with counsel to formally present our case to the district attorney office next week.

If time is limited, i feel it will harm the child more to have regrets of not being able to see her mother, than it would by letting her. Put yourself in the childs shoes for a minute!
Please allow Tiff and Macie to spend as much time together as possible. Tiff is her mother and loves her deeply. Tiff has previously lived in my home and is a good person and wonderful mother. She loves Macie more than life itself. Show some compassion and respect for this mother and daughter. There is no good reason to keep them apart.
She deserves time with her baby girl. God please shed light on this situation. Amen
Please find it in your hearts to allow Macie see Tiff during these final days. No matter what has transpired in the past should not have ANYTHING to do with what is going on during these last days. I pray for the best for Tiff & Macie. I love yall
If this is the mother last request on her death bed allow it
I support both Tiffany and Macie in seeing one another during this time of need. I hope the courts can find it in their heart to let both of them have all the time they need.
Please bring this mother and child together for their final Good byes. This will affect this little girl for the rest of her life. Thank you

Macie is my great niece. Tiffany should be allowed to spend every minute with her daughter during this time of need.
