We, the parents of children in the Beehive classroom at Abeona House, are writing to express our strong support for Ms. Dana Christmas to continue teaching our children as they transition into their next classroom.

Ms. Dana has been a steady, nurturing, and trusted presence in our children’s lives. She understands their individual personalities, strengths, and needs. Her deep relationships with both students and families have helped create a sense of safety, consistency, and joy in the classroom.

If Ms. Dana is interested in moving up with our children next year, we wholeheartedly support that decision and respectfully request that the administration consider allowing her to do so. We believe this continuity would:

• Ease the transition and reduce anxiety for our children as they enter a new learning environment
• Support healthy emotional development and classroom culture
• Reinforce Abeona’s values of student-centered care, emotional security, and strong family partnerships

We recognize that staffing decisions are complex, and we trust that leadership wants what’s best for students. That said, we hope this collective request shows how deeply we value Ms. Dana’s work and her continued role in our children’s learning journey.
