MDI provide quality dance in Liverpool, at all levels and have been pioneers at the forefront of dance provision in the city for many years. It is criminal that NPO funding has now been taken away

MDI - has supported and developed so many dancers over the years. It would be a shame to see it disappear due to funding cuts. MDI has pushed dance into the forefront of the city.

I find it shocking that the Arts Council has cut funding for this project. It makes me wonder about the Arts Council and where its priorities lie.

The work of MDI is invaluable to all areas of the community in the Merseyside region. Dancers aged 2 - 80 benefit from classes, projects and companies and dancers at every level - amateur, dancers in training and professionals are providea with quality provision.

I use mdi weekly for professional development as a freelance dance artist its the nearest dance house to provide high level of ability and strong sence of community

Community dance needs to be protected across the country. The loss of ACE funding will have a significant impact on the communities in Merseyside that rely on MDI's provision.
