I have a friend that used to live in Haverhill until recently. He commited suicide, he was a vet that could have benefitted from access to this therapy.

Stop delaying, people are suffering and Dying in Haverhill daily. I am the next town over, I see with my own eyes. Perhaps if people had SAFE access to therapeutic plants, there would be less self medicating with opiates and pills. enough is enough.

The patients in Massachusetts have been wrongly misled by legislation decisions to avoid more public health issues or 2nd Round of PUBLIC HEARINGS. Shame on the Governers and the continuing fight of prohibition. Will 35 dispensaries ever be opened?? This is the 3rd WW --- Weed Wars 3

Medical cannabis has proven to benefit thousands in the Commonwealth. Many have reduced, eliminated or avoided narcotics with cannabis. City leaders in Haverhill have an opportunity to relieve suffering, reduce opioid dependance and set an example with a secure, regulated medical cannabis facility.

The time it is taking to implement the peoples will is a disgrace to the a Commonwealth. Kids in school are saying ," it doesn't matter if you vote--they will do as they please, when they please." How are teachers to answer this?

Denying dispensaries to open is forcing patients to go to the black market for their medicine.

I am not a Haverhill resident, but I am a resident of a nearby town who would likely utilize the Haverhill medical marijuana dispensary in order to purchase medicine to treat my Multiple Sclerosis.

My opinion is that if it can help some people with some sickness! You would have to have a prescription for it so it would be controlled so why not?

Working for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary currently I can argue that we have made a considerable impact for the better in the state of Vermont. It will be great to see a well-thought-out plan and medical approach in Massachusetts before a recreational/completely legal adult use approach.

The medicinal benefits are extraordinary. A dispensary has less inventory than department stores, less cash on hand than a supermarket, and more security than a bank. I support Medicinal Cannabis.
