Equality is equity. We are all humans, and should be our brothers keeper. We are black or white is simply as a result of circumstances of our birth. We did not make it so.Be fair folks.Stop this wickedness now.Think about this.Nobody is God.You never know where help will come from tomorrow.Love reigns.Let us make a conversation, let us show love, let us understand and respect each other.Let our differences be our strenght. Thanks for your understanding.

The administration needs to be more active and proactive in its support of people of color and marginalised groups. Emails are not enough and the administration cannot sit back and watch hate spread within its community. Curry is supposed to be a safe community but the reality is that it is not. Where is the action?

As a college, we need to create and support a community that helps students develop the ability to function with success and empathy in a diverse, global world. As Curry's mission states: The Curry College Mission is to educate and graduate students prepared to engage in successful careers
and active citizenship with a global perspective. We are an inclusive community of diverse learners and
educators, committed to continuing our legacy of developing effective communicators with reflective and
critical thinking skills. We mentor and empower our students, building meaningful relationships that inspire
them to achieve their ambitions." While we may not be able to implement every action in this petition, the College should meet with students and do everything it can to educate our community and facilitate a more supportive, inclusive environment, The integrity of our mission demands no less.

I find it appalling that students on our campus that tries very hard to be diverse and inclusive have students who must undergo such violence. I stand by the students who have created this petition. I shall be sending the link to my students to sign.

More involvement of students and people who represent marginalized citizens of our community is a good thing. Speak out and speak up against hate in all forms.

There's no greater purpose of a liberal arts education than to foster an inclusive community. To learn to value differences, tolerance, and acceptance; these are the identifiers of leadership across all industries.
I am sure Curry College can rise to this challenge!

I fully support the students who have worked so hard to make positive changes on the Curry Campus. I also wish to offer my support to those students who have been the intended targets of the bias incidents/crimes, and members of the community who have been affected by these incidents. WE, the Curry Community, need to back our words with actions. Bias behavior affects the entire community, not just the intended target and it takes a community response of education and solidarity to make clear to all that our campus will not tolerate this behavior.
Glad i never chose this college, will never recommend it to anyone either!
