Enda Kenny and Former Minister Shatter have been paying € 750,000 per day as a fine to the European Court of Human Rights since 26th November 2012 instead of giving a state pardon to Mr. James Sutton, formerly of Clonakilty, for false imprisonment for claiming compensation for BSE on his cattle farm in 1996. Mr. Sutton claims that the form presented in court had a forged signature and originated from the Garda station in Bandon, Co. Cork at the same time as the bailey case originated. Minister Jimmy Denihan, told Mr. Sutton that the case was too big for the Government ( Fine gael) to handle. Now you know why this government wants you to pay for their misdeeds and Government corruption including Gardai, state solicitors office, the Bar Council, The Irish Judiciary, The Irish Civil Service and Department of Agriculture and successive Irish Governemnts, which is what one retired Irish judge told Mr. Sutton.. Now work out what € 750,000 per day has cost this state and the tax payers like you and me since 26 Nov. 2014. Charlie Haughey was a rogue, but Kenny is much much worse.

Clare Local Development Company has made a huge difference to our area. It would be an awful shame to lose this expertise and local knowledge

Its so important for rural Ireland that the present setup of Leader be allowed to carry on the fantastic work they have been doing.

We need local development Companies to be able to continue the good work they ahve done for the local community for without them and their funding a lot of local development would not happen.
