From my experience I have been involved in many creative events led by Monaghan Integrated Development. We received support and guidance in setting up Lithuanian Community in Monaghan. many of the Lithuanian Community have benefited from MIDL services. In fact, Monaghan Local Employment Services delivered workshop on Employability skills in both languages English and Lithuanian. Also MIDL supported many non- natives to set up their own business and keep it running. MIDL have a very important role in supporting non -Irish nationals from English language courses from integrating into local communities to supporting and guiding labour market issues.
