I think that DLDC is a worthy company because (we) Ray Community Group would not have the facilities and a building in such a good state if not for them.

Glenfinn Area Council have received great support from Donegal DLDC and feel that their unbiased and neutral way of delegating funding would be sorely missed by a small community who have no representatives on the County Council to represent their needs.

Ard McCool Residents, Stranorlar - At present we're doing a play park project & improving the area. We would not be able to do this without DLDC.

The Tús scheme operated by DLDC has put in a lot of effort and there has been a big change in the communities.

Companies like DLDC are very important to rural communities and other voluntary groups by supporting and providing labour for them. Companies like DLDC should be supported by the government, not taken out of the community

Was very glad to get out working with a good bunch of people on a well run scheme with Tús supervisors who could not be more helpful.

Chair of SWDCPL - Governments/Depts don't seem to learn from previous mistakes, not good for community groups. Thanks to DLDC for all the help.
I think all organisations such as DLDC have been doing an excellent job. These organisations are already well integrated with local structures and deliver services effectively and efficiently. I am concerned that Local Authorities taking on this role would be a backward step.
