Gilbert doesn't have the Infrastructure for this! Schools are already full! How about water? Roads are poor now! Gotta say NO!

We must stop the developments immediately and give the town time to plan slow, responsible growth. Too many cheap housing developments will hurt the great town of Chapin. Its time for some common sense.

It is wrong for the county to be responsible for the roads the contractors put in these subdivisions, without compensation. There should be limits on the amount of homes in a given area. Most are too overcrowded. Homes so close are a major fire danger. One burns, those close will burn also.

Keep our small town from being over crowded. Born and raised here on 156 acres. I would like my son to grow up the way I did. If I wanted a city, I would move to the city.

No more neighborhoods! A 15 minute trip now takes 25 minutes or more due to the ever increasing congestion. The infrastructure does not support the new growth. Car crashes are also on the rise as more vehicles are on the poorly maintained roads. You never know your neighbors as they increase daily! Tract builders care not about the communities they overdevelop.

No more Unchecked growth by large scale tract builders until the required infrastructure is in place in Gilbert. Our Public Safety issues and concerns should addressed over rapid development.

Just remember they can't even get the 2 lane roads we have repaired so don't expect to many 4 lane roads to be built.
Enough....
Too many people here already
It needs to slow down for roads to catch up
