The Constitution of the RSA protects freedom of speech and expression, and there are no work related offence when aperson makes comments about international events. This is unfair, unreasonable and certainly unjust! This sham of the violation of an employee's rights must must be halted with immediate effect and a public apology to the employee, unconditionally.
