Well used in the community community for help, advice and recreation. The lighthouse Project has been a big asset, hopefully it will be able to continue.

Worthy needed cause for the community. There stands an empty council building, the old Durnford Street School. Surely the council could help rather than let this beautiful building go to waste

the lighthouse center is where me and many military veterans come for our weekly meetings to find out whats on in the following weeks /months. it is a meeting point and helps many . it would be a terrible shame if we would be to loose it.

It is important that these vital services are kept in Middleton and a new home home should be found for them to keep up the good work they do.

I have received huge support from the project having lost my job unexpectedly after 39 years, wouldn't have known where to turn otherwise. Even the Jobcentre refers their customers to the Lighthouse

I have worked close;y with the Lighthouse team and with Carl, on several occasions to train clients in workplace skills and I found the centre and its staff to be dedicated, determined and very helpful indeed toward their clients. The centre should certainly either keep its current location or if not then it should, absolutely, have support to obtain another suitable local home for its excellent work.

I really think the Lighthouse project should be given a new home, over the years they have been working tirelessly helping the local community with no help from government funding, the London House next to the Warwick mill should be the new home and not demolished to make way for a bigger car-park. The light house is a fantastic place in the heart of the community that helps people to learn new skills, and look for work. people go to Socialise and make new friends. Shame for even thinking of shutting it down This Gem in the crown of Manchester , it make me feel sad

Please allow the project to stay at the Warwick Mill. You would be helping the community and it would be a positive gesture, showing that Chinese companies care about the communities that they operate in.

the lighthouse is a hugely succesful and important role player in the community and has helped thousands of people to move forward,it would be a massive loss to middleton if it was to leave the area
